The condominium can be accessed from Yorkville Ave. side. It is mandatory to show your ID to the concierge upon your check-in. This is for security and COVID reasons
Check-out time is 11:00 AM
Please leave the keys and parking pass (if provided) in the suite.
If there are any issues with the suite, please inform us as quickly as possible so we can solve them for the next guest we will use our damage security deposit in the case of damage or losses to our suite
Uninformed late check-out will be charged CAD $65/hour.
24/7 Paid public parking is available in the building through 188 Cumberland Entrance (Driveway right next to STK)
Parking rates with Avalon Suites are

TV & MOVIES ON DEMAND
Your Suite is equipped with a smart TV, Netflix, and cable channels. Please use the Remote to access cable channels and news
GYM AND FITNESS CENTRE
The gym and fitness center are located on the 3rd floor in the building. Hours of operation are 6 AM - 11 PM. Please register with concierge if you wish to use it.
All guests must identify themselves with an ID or passport at the time of check-in.
Please be aware
no parties or social gatherings are permitted in the suite. There are noise-detector devices installed in your suites to help us track the noise level. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
In case of violation of the policy and disturbance of other neighbors, we will have to cancel your reservation and our security team will have to evict your guests from the suite. You will also be charged
Please remember to lock the suite door at all times and take the keys with you when you leave the suite. In case of loss/stolen keys, we will have to charge you a penalty of
Smoking inside the suite and hallways are strictly prohibited. We will charge a penalty of
CAD $500 in case of violation of this policy.
Pets are not permitted in the suite. If found, you will be charged
We expect you to depart the suite in reasonable conditions.
